Airport to hotel, and back
Batumi airport sits on the southern edge of the city, toward the Turkish border. Hotels on the seafront and the newer apartment towers are a short drive away; places further up the coast take longer.
Besides central Batumi, we drive south to Gonio and Kvariati and north along the coast to Kobuleti.
Many visitors stay in apartments, and several towers share similar names. Send the building name, street and a map pin with your request.
Transfer or airport taxi?
Taxis wait outside the terminal and the ride into Batumi is short, so for one or two people with light bags a taxi is often enough. A pre-booked transfer makes more sense for late arrivals, families with child seats, groups that need a bigger vehicle, and apartment addresses that are hard to explain to a driver you have just met.
Meeting your driver
Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. If anything changes on the day, message us on WhatsApp.
What we need to book
- Flight number and scheduled landing time
- Lead passenger name, as it should appear on any sign
- Number of passengers, large suitcases and any oversized items
- Hotel or apartment address, ideally with a map pin
- Child seats needed, with the age or weight of each child
Delays and waiting time
We follow your flight number, so the pickup moves with a delayed flight. The first hour of waiting after landing is free; longer waits are agreed with you on WhatsApp.
Your flight number lets the pickup follow your real arrival time.
Passengers, luggage and child seats
Tell us how many people and suitcases, and anything bulky. Beach holidays often mean pushchairs and extra bags, and the right car depends on them.
Child seats and booster seats are available. Tell us the age of each child when you book.
Flying home from Batumi
Send your flight time and your address. The quote suggests a pickup time that leaves room for check-in.
Travelling on to Tbilisi?
If you land in Batumi and want to go straight to the capital, that is a long intercity drive, quoted on its own. See the Tbilisi to Batumi transfer, which runs in both directions. Flying into Kutaisi instead? See the Kutaisi airport to Batumi transfer. For days out once you have settled in, see Batumi tours.

Vehicles
A car for your group size

Mention anything bulky, such as skis, a bike box or a pushchair, so there is room for it. Child seats are available on request.

Which airport is BUS?
BUS is the IATA code for Batumi International Airport, on the Black Sea coast. It is a different airport from Kutaisi (KUT), which is further inland.

Yes. Send the building name, street and a map pin if you have one.
What if my flight is delayed?
We follow your flight number, and the first hour of waiting after landing is free. Longer waits are agreed with you on WhatsApp.
Can I book the return at the same time?
Yes. Add your departure date and flight time in your message.

Tell us where you are going
Send your date, pickup point and group size on WhatsApp. We reply with a price for your vehicle. Asking does not commit you to anything.
